Purpose of the content
Hukukofis provides office details and general legal information. Articles are corporate publications under the Hukukofis name; they are not presented as the lawyer’s individual opinion or as texts written and approved by her. Legal assessment requires review of the particular facts and documents.
Sources and updates
Articles link to relevant official legislation, institutional guidance or judicial decisions. The preparation and source-review date appears on the page. One judgment’s outcome does not apply directly to every case. Legislation, application requirements and practice may change. Contact our office about information that appears incorrect or outdated.
Visitor analytics and privacy
Allow optional visitor measurement? Pages, approximate active time, scrolling and contact clicks are measured. Raw IP addresses and messages are not recorded. Automatic deletion is off; records remain until deleted.
Measurement starts only after acceptance. Your choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days and can be changed in the footer. Each page has a temporary identifier. No registration and a hashed IP do not guarantee anonymity. Unlimited storage is a technical setting, not a guarantee of legal compliance; retention necessity requires separate assessment.
Measurements include page path, time, approximate active duration, scroll depth, phone/WhatsApp/map clicks, language, general device and browser information and referring domain. Forms, search text, messages and precise location are not collected. Raw IP addresses are not recorded; rate limiting uses a keyed IP digest that changes daily. This digest does not by itself guarantee anonymity.
Records are held on the office hosting database and accessible to the authorised administrator. Automatic deletion is off by default; records remain until deleted. Use the office contact details on this page for access, correction and deletion requests. The hosting provider may keep separate access logs. Map and WhatsApp links open external services when clicked.
